Rehab x Strength Training for Life’s Most Meaningful Pursuits.

Get Out of Pain | Get Back to What You Love | Be Better Than Ever

BUILT DIFFERENT.

WE ARE FITNESS FORWARD CLINICIANS.

Tri Star Strength x Rehab is built different, in all of the best ways.

The approach is simple.

  • One-on-One, full hour sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy/Strength Coach.

  • Individualized treatment sessions based on your goals and needs.

We don’t just “bridge the gap” between rehab and your sport, lifting, favorite yoga class, hiking, or playing with the kids.

We build a new road. One that will focus on overall health and fitness along with resiliency and longevity. Not just your low back pain or knee pain when you run.

PT should get you better than you were when you came in. Not just back to what you were doing before (which is why you got hurt). We never tell clients that they “can never do *insert exercise/activity*.” We get to the root cause of the problem and fix it.

Then, we guide you in staying better for longer with our Strength Collective Packages, instead of being discharged with a sheet of paper of rubber band exercises. Strength Collective isn't about solving a problem, it's about never having anything slow you down again. It's about being proactive and not reactive.

  • Two men in a room discussing a workout plan on a whiteboard. One man points to the board, which includes text and charts related to off-season training. There's also a bookshelf with books and chalk nearby.
