We are currently running a small group class called Clinically Strong in which you can lift with the Doctors of PT in a HIIT, functional fitness style lifting setting for a 60-minute session that focuses of form, safety, strength, power, and pushing the limits!

We cannot fix a complex problem in one visit which is why we offer packages to maximize your results and savings.

STRENGTH COLLECTIVE
Once you finish a rehab package, we guide you in staying better for longer with STRENGTH COLLECTIVE Levels, instead of being discharged with a sheet of paper of rubber band exercises and no idea on how to progress them with a high probability of the pain coming back with a vengeance.
STRENGTH COLLECTIVE isn't about solving a problem.
It's about never having anything slow you down again.
It's about being proactive, not reactive.

STRENGTH COLLECTIVE is a program designed by Physical Therapists who are also Strength Coaches. This is our bread x butter.
We will build an ideal blueprint keep the pain out and the gains in.
SC is for the person who wants to continue to progress but would still like the expertise of a PT/strength coach to guide them with a blueprint to alleviate the guesswork from training and prevent the pain from returning.
The program includes:

With the addition of a well-designed exercise program from out Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength Coaches, we can also offer some supplemental recovery aides to keep the gains rolling in.
