Built Different.

Physical Therapy for Athletes in Tri Cities, TN | Sports Rehab & Performance

WE ARE FITNESS FORWARD CLINICIANS.

At Tri Star Strength x Rehab, physical therapy is built different—in all the right ways.

Tri Star Strength x Rehab provides sports physical therapy and athlete rehabilitation in Kingsport, Tennessee, serving athletes and active adults across Johnson City, Bristol, and the greater Tri-Cities region.

Our sports physical therapy approach is simple:
one-on-one, full-hour sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who also understands strength training and performance.

Every treatment is individualized around your goals—whether that’s returning to sport, lifting without pain, running again, or simply keeping up with the life you enjoy.

Most clinics try to bridge the gap between rehab and activity.

We build a new road.

Through sports physical therapy merged with strength & conditioning for athletes in Kingsport and across the Tri-Cities, we don’t just treat symptoms like back, shoulder, or knee pain. We identify the root cause, fix it, and build strength and resilience so your body performs better than before.

And when rehab is finished, we don’t send you home with a sheet of band exercises.

We guide you into our Continuity Packages, a proactive training system designed to keep you strong, healthy, and performing for years to come. Perfect for year around training to optimize off-seasons and maintain during the season but also for Longevity clients looking to improve HRV, VO2max, bone density, muscle mass, and type II muscle fibers to age stronger!

Because the real goal isn’t just solving a problem.

It’s making sure nothing slows you down again.
